Hi,
I have got offers from two colleges.
A: Rank ~20 (UTD journal based)
B: Rank ~ 50
However at B, the professor that I want to work with is very much willing to have me. He is also department head and publishes two-three papers per year in top 3 journals. Also, the school is considered good in its particular niche.
I was wondering, which one should I choose.
