Economist on "Would a top medical journal article help me on the market?"

I was interested in health before I entered the PhD program in Finance. Now I am on the market. I have no finance R&R. I do have a top medical journal article published ( think The Lancet), coauthored with other people. Should I include it in my CV at all? Or would it be a distraction?
