Do you think a 6 year old dui reduced my odds of getting interviews at schools that ask about it on their application. I just realized that most of the schools i got interviews with didn't ask about past crimes, and there are several schools that I didn't get interviews with that in terms of publications and jmp I think I was a strong candidate for the school but they asked about the past crimes on application. If it did indeed hurt me, would the impact still be as negative in 3 or 6 more years if I've kept my nose clean and I want to move up or think I might miss tenure.
