Finance PhD from a Swiss school graduating in a couple of years. Tired of academia and want a hedge fund job. What are the chances of getting well paying hedge fund jobs in Switzerland or London? What is the ideal starting salary and career trajectory ? I have quant industry experience, can network and communicate very well, and a CFA charter holder. I dont speak German, decent fluency in French and perfect English skills.
